Bitter Wine by Theolyn Boese
Ruri has decided that she wants a second chance with her husband, Kiger, only to find out that he's grown tired of her abuse and indifference and found someone he likes better. Someone who doesn't meet his advances with violence and sarcasm. She's crushed when Kiger tells her to find someone else to warm her bed, leaving her with no idea how to breach the wall they have built between them. Now, she has to fight to get her husband back. Ruri discovers that her husband's new lover, Hadri, wants both Kiger and Ruri and is willing to do what it takes to get them both. Even using some underhanded tactics that make her blood boil.

The situation becomes even more snarled when Hadri tricks Kiger into doing something that unintentionally hurts Ruri and results in Kiger breaking things off with him. Now, Hadri finds himself on the outside looking in and has to find some way to convince Ruri to help him tie Kiger up and show him just how far they are willing to go to make a lonely marriage something special, and a threesome instead of a twosome.
