During a time of war, disaster and plague spread across the United States until there was only one municipality left standing, Freakland City.

Perched high on the hill just outside the city limits, the Angeline family sought refuge in their mansion. Fortifying the estate with tall fences and armed guards was meant to keep the infected out, but for Samantha it felt like a prison.

After her father dies Samantha becomes heir to the family business. She soon realizes the world outside the protection of her home is a dangerous place.
