ETV1 is a prize that could unlock the secrets of interstellar travel and restore Earth’s technological superiority over the Pilgrim-Crusader colonies on Mars. Together with his crew on the DSSV Endurance, Lynch’s mission is to salvage ETV1 and transport it to Tycho Naval Base on the moon—without arousing the suspicions or firepower of the Colonists.
